GOYA: a platform to strengthen learning and career pathways
As the project evolves, the ILO's Skills and Employability Branch in Colombia is making GOYAavailable as a digital platform that brings together tools designed to strengthen training, career guidance and support for SENATIC participants.
The platform brings together four complementary tools:
- KITA, a career guidance toolkit designed to support participants in navigating the world of work.
- GIORGIA, a mentoring tool that supports SENATIC learners in developing productive projects.
- TrayectorIA, designed to guide the development of career routes and pathways.
- GOIA, a tool that supports the planning and development of training activities within SENATIC.
These tools seek to strengthen the learning process before, during and after training, facilitating access to resources that support skills development and the transition towards educational and employment opportunities.
The work carried out by the ILO's Skills and Employability Branch in Colombia aims to foster digital talent through international cooperation, promoting decent work and social justice as foundations for people's development and the strengthening of the country's productive capacities.
SENATIC continues to strengthen the digital skills of thousands of Colombians while incorporating the GOYA platform to support career guidance, learning and the development of learning pathways.
