j\u00f3venes y tecnolog\u00eda requiere primero entender el contexto del que parten. Con la tasa de pobreza m\u00e1s alta del pa\u00eds, conectividad muy limitada incluso en Quibd\u00f3 (la capital), y una historia de abandono institucional que tiene ra\u00edces coloniales, el Choc\u00f3 representa el reto m\u00e1s dif\u00edcil para cualquier programa que quiera llegar con formaci\u00f3n digital de calidad.<\/p><p>Y sin embargo, es exactamente en territorios como el Choc\u00f3 donde el impacto potencial de esa formaci\u00f3n es mayor: en un departamento donde las oportunidades laborales formales son escasas, una certificaci\u00f3n digital que abre acceso a trabajo remoto puede ser literalmente transformadora para un joven y para su familia. La pregunta no es si vale la pena intentarlo: la pregunta es c\u00f3mo hacerlo bien.<\/p><p>Esa pregunta \u2014c\u00f3mo hacerlo bien\u2014 es precisamente lo que las historias de SENATIC Choc\u00f3 historias de j\u00f3venes y tecnolog\u00eda que siguen a continuaci\u00f3n empiezan a responder. No con teor\u00eda sobre inclusi\u00f3n digital, sino con dos rutas concretas que ya funcionaron, en dos municipios con realidades de conectividad completamente distintas dentro del mismo Pero es exactamente esa inversi\u00f3n diferencial la que produce impacto real en los territorios donde m\u00e1s se necesita.<\/p><h2><strong>Lo que estas historias exigen del programa<\/strong><\/h2><p>Las historias de \u00c9merson y Yenifer son inspiradoras, pero tambi\u00e9n son exigentes: demuestran que el programa puede funcionar incluso en condiciones muy dif\u00edciles, lo que establece una responsabilidad de hacerlo sistem\u00e1ticamente y no solo en casos excepcionales.
