Ongoing Projects
Competency-based professional training strengthens occupational profiles, enhances employability, and promotes decent work. We design customized training programs aligned with labor market needs and the National Qualifications Framework to support the transition to formal employment and foster productive development.
Our training connects education with real employment opportunities and contributes to the economic growth of local communities.
It is a joint strategy by the Ministry of Labor and the ILO that promotes job training for victims of the armed conflict and fosters decent employment and productive inclusion in Colombia.
